Psych Aid Network Initiative (thepani.org) is a mental health charity organisation with a team of mental and public health professionals dedicated to promoting mental and community health.
We understand several people experiencing mental health difficulties struggle to find the appropriate services to support them for various reasons i.e Lack of awareness, the stigma, lack of funds or inability to find the appropriate care and mental health services.
Dr Olotu is a qualified and experienced psychiatrist who completed her post graduate training in psychiatry in the United Kingdom. She holds the qualifications of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. She is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, UK. She was awarded a post-graduate master’s degree in Mental Health Studies and Mental Health Law from the University of Nottingham and Northumbria respectively.
Dr Olotu has special experience in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders spanning over a decade in general adult psychiatry, forensic psychiatry, child/adolescent and learning disability. She utilizes a well-rounded approach to treatment through medications, active listening, and recommending psychosocial and psychological interventions.
Dr Abiodun Jinadu (MBBS, MSc, Gcsrt)
Dr Jinadu is a Public Health and Research Consultant with a research certificate from Harvard Medical School and a masters degree in public health and health promotion from the UK. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Lagos.
Dr Jinadu has expertise in scientific research and public health. He is passionate about providing health care in a way that is evidence based and advocates for its use. He is a philanthropist who is interested in promoting community health to alleviate poverty in developing countries and in the prevention of various physical and mental health disorders.
